Fonts
Please ensure that you include all fonts that you have used. Postscript fonts come in two parts - the screen font and the printer font, we need both.

If you are supplying a file from PC the fonts don’t transfer to Apple Mac very well. Check that we’ve got the same font and provide a hard copy for us to check against. We’ll need you to check a proof carefully, because even fonts produced by the same company can have slight differences resulting in reflow and words disappearing.

Bleed
Please add 3mm of bleed around all edges where there is a trim. For example, an A4 single sided sheet would have a Page Size of 303mm x 216mm and a Trim Size of 297mm x 210mm. This stops the final trimmed print job from having any white paper area by mistake, due to small variations in the cutting.
